Some kind of flapping horn boat with a very low quality roller skate wheel on the back.

Hanging galvanized sculpture. The owner decided to put a light in it. Changing art is not good idea.

I saw this on the auction website, and didn't recognize it at first, though I admired it. Parking block, power lines, and that glow. Probably Rustoleum paint.
